Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning and endurance training using bodyweight and weighted exercises.
If you are ready for a great workout and want to feel the burn then this full-body workout is for you.
It will help you tone muscles through a series of exercises, suitable for all fitness levels.
All exercises can be modified to suit your ability so need to worry about keeping up or being pushed to your limits, we got you;)
Circuit Training combines strength and aerobics and is completely adaptable to any individual.
Please wear suitable, comfortable clothing and footwear for a fitness class. You will also need a water bottle and may want to bring a towel.
