1. Online booking opens on the 1st of each month. You can book your months worth of classes in advance and you can book a class right up until class start time
2. You can cancel all classes except Yoga 1.5 hours in advance. Yoga on Sunday must be cancelled no less than 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel will result in you losing the credit.
3. Classes can only be booked via the website or app. Each class has a maximum number of participants and when all spaces have been filled, the booking for that class will close. You can however sign up to the waitlist and if a space opens up, you will be sent a text/email to let you know that a space has become available. Spaces are first-come, first-served basis so be quick

Please wear appropriate fitness clothing (doesn’t have to be fancy pancy just comfortable and breathable:). Please be mindful and respectful of others. Ensure all bags, coats and water bottles are kept off the floor and away from member’s zippy feet!
Checking in is easy. Simply go to your class instructor and they will check you in!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your class. Please don’t be late, if you are, simply sneak in and join the class at the back so you don’t disturb a member who is clearly getting their groove on!
